Description Joint Solutions with HA™ provides an outstanding nutritional formula for obtaining and maintaining healthy joints and other connective tissue, such as the skin. Each capsule contains BioCell Collagen II®, a highly effective ingredient in maintaining joint health. BioCell Collagen Type II is an aminoglycoprotein— the connective tissue or superstructure of the body and the glue that holds all cells, organs and structures in place. As we age, our supply of collagen and HA diminishes and we increase our chances of joint damage and pain. Research shows that we produce dramatically reduced amounts of collagen and HA after age 30, which leads to rapid aging and deterioration, along with joint pain, inflammation, and loss of elasticity and moisture. Usage For an average dose, take one to two capsules at two separate times per day, for a total of three capsules
a day with a meal or snack. Do not take this supplement on an empty stomach. Three capsules per day is an average, typical dose, but with your health care provider's permission, you may take up to 6 capsules per day. Most people obtain maximum benefit by taking one capsule in the morning and two capsules in the evening. Taking the supplements at two different times during the day allows for optimal absorption. During the night the fluids in the body go back into the cartilage and the body can feel very stiff in the morning, so taking Joint Solutions with HA with your evening meal (or fairly soon thereafter) helps to reduce the pain experienced with fluid redistribution.
