True Essentials Testimonials

The True Essentials product that I have been using is Joint Solutions with HA. In 1987, I was in a very bad accident; you name it, I broke it. I had a major limp with my left hip and my left knee. For 16 years I was in chronic pain all the time after my accident. Then the next three years I was spiraling downward. I lost a lot more movement in those three years. I could not imagine what was going to happen or take place. Then we were introduced to this product. I gained more in five years with the Joint Solutions supplement than I had over all those other years of rehabilitation. I also had very severe migraines.

I now have no migraines and no limp. I really am not thinking now of ever having a hip or knee replacement like I was supposed to before. As far as chronic pain goes, if I over do it for the day the pain will be bad for the day, but my bounce-back time ins great. The next day I am up and going again. Before I was taking Joint Solutions with HA, I would commonly be down for three to seven days. If I do not over do it, I am pain free, where before I was in chronic pain all the time no matter what I did. That Joint Solutions with HA has given me life again. The Joint Solutions with HA is a miracle to me.

For ten months, I had been battling breast cancer.  By the time I found True Essentials, I had been through two surgeries, the most toxic stages of an experimental chemotherapy and six weeks of radiation.  The skin on my hands and feet was still peeling off every month or so – an improvement over weekly peel during the worst chemo.  Everything still tasted like metal, hair was a fond memory, and my nails were shredding off for the third time.  But the worst was the exhaustion.  Every day, I dreaded the unpredictable moment when I would "hit the wall," stopped almost literally in my tracks by tiredness. 

I began taking the Fruit & Vegetable Essentials; adding Mineral pH; Hair, Skin and Nails; and the Olive Leaf Anti Fungal Cleanse after a few weeks.  Because I expected to be feeling steadily better, I wondered how I would be able to tell what effect the True Essentials supplements were producing.  Still, within two months, I had pushed back the debilitating exhaustion to early evening on a pleasantly consistent basis.

Then one day, I was out shopping in the mid-afternoon.  Suddenly, I hit the wall of exhaustion.  Clutching the shopping cart, I staggered out to the car and fell into the seat.  Providentially, my Mom was with me and did the driving while I concentrated on holding my head up.  It was terribly discouraging to be so completely drained so early!  As I mentally reviewed the activities of the day, trying to discover the reason for my premature collapse, I realized that I had forgotten to take my True Essentials supplements that morning.

After five months, I am now able to keep normal hours most of the time.  On the days when my supplement routine is interrupted, I can expect to experience unusual fatigue.  True Essentials is making it possible for me to recover a productive lifestyle!

Wow, my 8 year old grandson was sniffling really bad the day I opened my package with the Herbal Biotic Liquid in it, so I put some under his tongue and again in the morning.  When he came home from school, he said, ‘Whatever you gave me took my sniffles away!’  I tried it, too.  It took my sore throat away over night.  I gave it to my 19 year old grandson and his buddy who were both sick with sore throats and laryngitis.  Two hours later they commented how much better they could swallow and talk.  Their mom who is a teacher ordered two bottles – one for home and one for school.

I have been using True Essentials Weight loss products for 14 days now; today is the 14th day.  In two weeks, I have lost 4.4 pounds.

I replaced two meals a day with the Protein Shakes and used the Energizer Tea, but I did not follow the eating plan for the supper meal. The fact that I was able to lose 4.4 pounds while not changing my supper diet at all actually speaks well for the efficacy of the weight loss products.

I have not experienced any real hunger while on these products.  I felt energetic and happy.  I am excited and looking forward to more great results as I continue using these products.

I started taking True Essentials Cardio Pack along with my husband, Zigmond, back in July of 2010.  My husband had been on cholesterol pills for eight years.  He went to his family doctor for his regular check-up, and low and behold, his doctor told him his cholesterol was way below normal!!!  The doctor took him off of his medication and asked my husband to come back in three months to check his cholesterol levels.  He is due back on December 7th.  I also had wonderful results.  I have more energy.  I also feel much better than I had in years!  I know True Essentials is an awesome product!! Just a quick note to let you know I LOVE the program. Not only am I getting closer and closer to my goals but another wonderful thing happened. I have been able to totally dispense with my acid reflux medication. It absolutely does not bother me anymore. I can even lie down and sleep!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!! Rarely do I even have to take an antacid. Previously, I took them by the 100 tablet bottles. Thanks for caring this much about us and letting us be a part of the program.

I am totally amazed that I can walk past the cookie jar without having the urge to reach for one. My husband and I have talked about the fact that we no longer crave sweets, when before we thought a meal had to include dessert. I have always had a very oily complexion, but don't appear to now. I now take the stairs instead of elevators. I have gone from size 12 clothes to size 6. I feel better than I have in years. I am still amazed that with drinking the Energizer Tea I have been able to not take my migraine prescription. I have had to take one migraine pill since we started the program (then it was my fault- I forgot my Protein Shake and went without food for too long). It truly is a lifestyle change.

I feel that the True Essentials weight management program is great. The TE Protein Shake is very tasty and the Energizer Tea and other supplements are keeping my energy levels up.

The program is GREAT...some of the most simple suggestions have made a great difference!! My daughter looks at me like I'm silly, not knowing some of the nutritional information. - I grew up with the "old" food triangle, and believed in it for years...old habits die hard! ... When you can step out of the shower (i.e. Nekkid...LOL) and LIKE how your body has changed, it's a great thing!

My favorite supplement is Crave Control with Hoodia! It's great at keeping me satisfied and away from thinking that I need something to eat. I can really feel a difference with sweets in particular. It is simply fabulous!

My husband and I have been taking several TE products and feel they have been beneficial to us. The products we take are: Men's Essential Pack, Women's Essential Pack, Joint Solution with HA, Fruit and Vegetable Essentials and Vision Essentials. I feel that Joint Solutions with HA has especially repaired cells in my shoulder so I can tolerate playing my accordion more again after several months of not being able to play music with people in nursing homes and retirement facilities. I believe by taking the Vision Essentials, I have delayed needing cataract surgery. We believe taking TE is a very good thing.
